Who are No Tomatoes Consulting?
No Tomatoes Consulting is a well established partnership of two ex-senior managers from the public sector who together bring many years of experience to their clients.
Roger McCallum MSc. (Policy Analysis), LLB (Hons), Cert. Counselling was instrumental in introducing strategic management philosophies to a large public sector organisation and has had recent involvement at both strategic and practical level with the Management of Change. A qualified and skilled project manager, researcher, trainer, facilitator, mediator and counsellor who was head of a large Career Management Department, he is presently completing an LLM in relation to criminal justice and human rights. He possesses a vast knowledge and experience of different law enforcement cultures.
David Stewart MSc. (Social Policy), BA (Hons), Cert.Ed, Cert Counselling, CELTA has a training and practitioner background used to good effect in facilitation, teaching, project management and research work. David has a strong background in policy formulation and implementation at both the strategic and tactical levels.
Roger and David have developed International Project Management work internationally including Nigeria,Turkey, Latvia and Bulgaria.
In addition to Roger and David, No Tomatoes Consulting have a number of experienced associates with their own individual expertise who complement the core services provided by the partners.
